Artbook again! YAY!
September 22, 2008Tonight I bought a lot of big canvases, they’re with wood frames so they’re kinda thick and a hassle to carry. I can’t wait to splatter paint on them. =D I’ll shop again on Friday because the bookstore where I went tonight was way low on paint materials although there’s this shiny tall, black, and handsome wooden easel I fell in love with. I don’t know how I’ll carry it, but I’m gonna buy it one of these days. I’ll name it…bishieasel. ♥
When I got home, I received an e-mail saying that I’ll be featured in the first volume of ArtSquared artbook! Wow, I didn’t expect this because I saw the ‘call for entries’ link in someone’s blog last friday so I clicked and submitted works then when I browsed the site, it says on the news page that the deadline was last Sept. 15! Shoot! So yeah, I thought this thing was over and my entries were disqualified. T__T; But I got an email tonight asking for hi-res files of 3 of my works, a short bio, and a mug shot! How cool! Yay! Thank you ArtSquared! They’re also launching an art community soon so please keep a close eye on them. =)
This is my third book this year…so happy and grateful. ♥ ♥ ♥
Exotique 4

My artwork on the left will be in Ballistic Publishing’s Exotique 4: World’s Most Beautful CG Characters.
I have Exotique 2 and I love it, it’s a thick book filled with good artworks. So I’m really happy that my art got included in Exotique 4. I’m in two cool artbooks this year, not bad kei, not bad… *pats back*
Artbooks are like medals in an artist’s resume, donchathink?

Street Fighter Tribute

This is for Udon’s Street Fighter Tribute Artbook. The book was launched last month at the San Diego Comic-Con so we are allowed to post our works now. I was supposed to draw Chunli but I changed to Poison because………I SUPER LOVE HER HAIR! *__* She/he is one yummy tranny! *slurp*
